The path to salvation lies through the fire..

So say the righteous among us.

Me? I think you get through the fire only to find more fire.

Checks bounce.

Bottles get emptied.

Losses keep mounting.

Your ticket gets punched.

For good.

Still, there’s no stopping.

Gotta keep trying to gain purchase in this world.

Know what a shot to nothing is?

Yeah you do.

It’s when you take your shot…and leave the other guy with no options.

They get nothing.

On through the fire….
