Weekend Shot: Hunting Tannenbaums
Saturday, the Krajnak family went out hunting tannenbaums.
Since we moved in June, we’re decidely more rural now. Almost to the point that we can go across the street in to the woods and cut our own down (not that we would – I think that would be illegal) but there are certainly enough fir trees around.
In fact, as we drove to our usual spot – Windsor Farms – we passed at least four other Christmas Tree farms on the way. But the kids wanted to stay with Windsor because they have some goats there the kids like to see and talk too.
So while we didn’t cut our own this year, we did select a nice healthy one. It was a successful hunt.
Made even more successful since I was able to negotiate it into the house with breaking any lamps or anything….
