Stylin’ And Profilin’
Just a quick update on the symposium I’m part of tomorrow. (I know, I know…I’m starting to bang you over the head about this this….)
In advance of the talk, I had AdoramaPix do a really nice 20×30 print with metallic finish of the TROUBLE IN THE HEARTLAND book cover (which was designed by CD Regan. It came out looking GREAT! I can’t recommend AdoramPix enough for your print needs.
If you haven’t tried them out, do so. They often have great deals and savings going on too, so check out their blog and site before you buy. You may be able to save a few bucks and get quality product.
Also, I did a quick-and-dirty walk-in reel for our panel. Something they could play as we’re all getting set up.
(If you don’t see the embeded video on your screen, click here to watch it.)
Again, I, and others, will be live tweeting from the symposium using the hashtag #Bruce50years. I’ll also be using #TITHL when it pertains to the book.
Finally on this fine Friday….some unabashed self-promotion here: My friends over at Rear Curtain decided to do a little profile on me and my recent work. The piece just went live today, so click that link and head on over and check it out.
While you’re there, don’t forget to check out all the other great photoessays that Rear Curtain is helping produce!
They are all a busy bunch over there, so I’m honored the team – Ray, Sabrina, Matt, Stuart, Emily and Dorothy – decided devote some space to me. They’ve been big supporters of mine for the past few years and I’ve really enjoyed being part of their great work from the beginning.
I’m sending a big JerseyStyle THANK YOU! to the Rear Curtain team. I’ll send some Jersey Pork Roll your way!
Bruce has been makin’ his Fender guitar talk for 50 years now…..I’m just tryin’ to do the same thing with my Canon camera.
