JSP Visual Week In Review ~ 12.02.17
If you saw my post yesterday, you know this was a busy week for me. A lot of running and gunning, as we call it.
Fly out, drop into a situation, shoot for most of the day, head to the airport, back up the work from the day, fly to a new spot.
Best day was Wednesday when we grabbed some really nice light in Brisbane, California, (right outside San Francisco), finished up a little earlier than expected, and caught a cab into SF to walk around the Embarcadero and grab the last light of the day.
Worst day was that same day. By 6:30 p.m., we were headed back to Brisbane to pick up our luggage, and then head to the airport for a 10 p.m. flight to Atlanta. It’s a four hour flight, plus the time change back to East Coast time. We landed at 5:30 a.m., picked up our rental car, then drove two hour to Athens. That was a long time to be in the same clothes.
Aside from that, it was a pretty good week shooting with Gary Chapman. Brought him back to NJ for a shoot yesterday, and for one on Monday.
We’re getting a lot of good stuff, hope to show it soon!

“The thing about photography is that every day is a new day, even if you are working on the same story, because every day you have got a chance to correct what you did the day before, and try to take it a bit further or a bit back.” ~ Harry Benson
