Heading For The Desert

The kids have Spring Break this week, so we’re gettin’ out of Dodge for a few days.

And we’re headed to the desert.

Philadelphia, PA > Phoenix, AZ

Then Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, and Sedona.

I’m traveling light: The Fuji X100T and my GoPro Hero Black 5 will be my go-to’s. I want the wide lenses for this trip.

Wide brims up top, too.

A bunch of batteries, a bunch of media cards, a small tripod, phone, ‘nocs and sunglasses.

A Kindle loaded with reading material (though I’ll invariably pick up a Vanity Fair magazine – my travel go-to.)

Those are the basics. That’ll get me to there and back.

Chasing the light in the desert.
