Let Nothing You Dismay
That time of year again, eh?
Tidings of comfort and joy and all that.
Yeah, sure.
My comfort is a well-oiled gat and a stiff drink.
To each his own, right.
And joy?
Well, a fresh pack of Lucky’s and a new felt fedora would be nice.
That’d bring me joy.
I won’t hold my breath.
The night is dark.
The snow blows.
I’ll enjoy the quiet.
For now.
