JSP Visual Week In Review ~ 03.26.22

I was thinking about consistency this week.

Since late November, when I was fed up with where my bodyweight was, I’ve been tracking my food everyday – proteins, carbs, fats.

The app I use, My Fitness Pal, tells me I’ve logged in (as of today) for 130 straight days.

And, when I stepped on the scale on Thursday (my usual weigh-in day), I saw I was down 10 pounds.

So, consistently eating better and working out 4-5 times a week, plus a 2.5 mile walk (at least) every day, has paid off.

Now I need to work that consistency in to other areas of my life.

Like my photography, and working on this blog and my portfolio website.

There’s always room for improvement…and consistency…in our lives.

Back up that work!
