It was the first full day of Spring but I was stuck in the winter doldrums. Had to get out, get some air. A GOYA, of sorts.
A misty rain was falling, not enough to cause me to turn around. Headed out to the graveyard.
They say settlers of New Jersey are buried here. They say some British and American soldiers from the Revolutionary War era are buried here.
They also say Mary Moore, the witch, is buried here too. What, you never played Bloody Mary when you were a kid? I couldn’t find the headstone but just the thought gave me the spooks.
The oldest grave, from 1693, is the cold home of the Hoopar Brothers. Died from eating poison mushrooms, they say.
It was my lunch break, but I didn’t eat any. Took some pictures instead.
